Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough code reviews and perform rigorous unit testing to ensure system stability and security.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex backend issues in real-time.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Java, with a deep understanding of RESTful APIs.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of working in contract environments and managing multiple stakeholders.
