Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of complex, high-volume web applications.
- Develop and maintain reusable, high-performance frontend components using React.js and TypeScript.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to define features and technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers on best practices and coding standards.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and maintainability.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind/Bootstrap).
- Experience with Node.js or similar backend technologies (RESTful APIs, GraphQL).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously and effectively in a remote/hybrid team setting.
