Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Lead code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers on the team.
- Identify and resolve technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Ensure all code is well-documented, tested, and deployed to production environments.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience in a contract or full-time role.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), Python, or Java.
- Experience with React or Node.js is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
