Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization and DevOps practices
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architectural sessions
- Collaborate with Product Owners to translate requirements into technical specs
- Ensure system security compliance and performance benchmarks
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Java/Spring development
- Expertise in AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong background in relational (SQL) and NoSQL databases
- Proven track record in agile methodologies and CI/CD implementation
- Experience with financial systems or high-transaction applications
- AWS Solutions Architect or equivalent certification preferred
