What You'll Do
As our Senior SEO Strategist, you will drive organic traffic growth through innovative strategies and rigorous analysis.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic.
- Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawlability, indexability, and site speed issues.
- Lead keyword research and competitive analysis to uncover high-value opportunities and content gaps.
- Collaborate with content creators and web developers to implement on-page optimization and schema markup.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party tools.
- Manage and mentor junior marketing staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
- Stay abreast of algorithm updates and industry trends to ensure our strategies remain ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Deep technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side rendering (SSR/SSG).
- Strong command of SEO tools including Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Experience managing large-scale SEO campaigns with a track record of increasing organic traffic and conversion rates.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
