Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement corrective strategies to enhance site performance and crawlability.
- Lead organic search strategy, focusing on keyword research, on-page optimization, and content strategy development.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on website traffic, ranking changes, and conversion rates using Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Collaborate with web developers and content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website builds and editorial calendars.
- Build high-quality backlinks and manage outreach campaigns to increase domain authority and referral traffic.
- Stay updated on the latest search engine algorithm updates and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of improving organic rankings and traffic.
- Deep understanding of technical SEO principles, including site architecture, schema markup, and site speed optimization.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or Google Search Console.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
