Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-value organic opportunities.
- Execute on-page and technical SEO audits to improve site architecture, crawlability, and page speed.
- Develop and manage off-page link-building strategies to enhance domain authority.
- Collaborate with content creators and developers to implement SEO-friendly content strategies.
- Monitor performance metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party tools to report on KPIs.
- Stay abreast of search engine algorithm updates and industry trends to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Train junior team members and conduct SEO workshops to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in SEO, preferably within a digital agency or high-growth startup environment.
- Deep understanding of Google Search Essentials, Core Web Vitals, and current ranking factors.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for technical optimization.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
