Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, advanced robotics) and develop strategic implementation roadmaps for 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation technologies
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with long-term business objectives
- Conduct competitive intelligence and market analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and investors
- Manage innovation pipeline from concept to commercialization
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching successful tech innovations
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Strong project management and cross-functional leadership experience
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation
