The Role
As a Senior SEO Specialist, you will be the architect of our search engine visibility. You will not only optimize for rankings but ensure that those rankings translate into meaningful conversions and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and keyword rankings across all platforms.
- Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawl errors, site speed issues, and indexing problems.
- Lead keyword research and competitor analysis to uncover high-value opportunities and market gaps.
- Collaborate closely with content creators and web developers to implement on-page optimization and improve site architecture.
- Manage link-building campaigns and outreach programs to acquire high-quality, relevant backlinks.
- Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and proprietary tools to report on KPIs and ROI.
- Stay updated on the latest algorithm updates and industry trends to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, including both technical and on-page optimization.
- Strong understanding of Google’s core algorithm updates and SEO best practices.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for basic troubleshooting and optimization.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or Screaming Frog.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and present actionable insights.
