Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Leadership: Oversee and execute comprehensive technical SEO audits, identifying and resolving crawl errors, site speed issues, and schema markup opportunities.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement long-term SEO roadmaps that align with business objectives and market trends, focusing on both organic traffic growth and conversion rate optimization.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with content teams to ensure all assets are optimized for target keywords while maintaining high editorial standards and user engagement.
- Link Building & Authority: Lead high-authority link-building campaigns and manage our digital PR efforts to enhance domain authority.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics 4 and Search Console, providing weekly and monthly reports that drive decision-making.
- Team Management: Mentor junior SEO analysts, conducting regular performance reviews and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in SEO, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management capacity.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in HTML/CSS/JS and a deep understanding of how search engines index and rank websites.
- Tools: Expert level knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Certifications: Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications are required; SEO certifications preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical data into actionable business insights for stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex SEO challenges and adapting strategies in a rapidly changing digital landscape.
