Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology and market trend forecasts using AI-driven analytics and human intelligence
- Create strategic roadmaps for emerging fields (quantum computing, biotech integration, neuro interfaces)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational vision with future opportunities
- Present foresight insights to executive leadership and external partners
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify disruptive threats/opportunities
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers on future scenarios
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing technologies and features
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of developing credible long-term technology forecasts
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, nanotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing C-level audiences
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Experience with AI-powered trend analysis tools (e.g., Palantir, Gartner)
