Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing placements for diverse industries.
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking events to build robust talent pipelines.
- Client Management: Consult with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, market salary trends, and hiring timelines.
- Interview & Assessment: Conduct behavioral and technical interviews to ensure candidate fit and cultural alignment.
- Negotiation: Expertly negotiate offers and contracts with both candidates and clients to secure successful placements.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic advice to clients.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- CRM Proficiency: Comfortable using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Greenhouse).
- Results-Driven: A track record of meeting and exceeding sales and placement targets.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
