Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for part-time and temporary positions across Illinois
- Manage client relationships and staffing requirements for Chicago-based businesses
- Coordinate onboarding processes and ensure smooth placement transitions
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and compliance documentation
- Market staffing services through targeted outreach campaigns
- Collaborate with team members to fill urgent staffing requests
- Track performance metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Valid Illinois driver's license (for occasional client meetings)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of Illinois labor regulations
- Associate degree or equivalent experience required
- Experience in multiple industry sectors preferred
