Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and maintain complex front-end applications using React.js, JavaScript, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Component Design: Create reusable, modular, and high-performance UI components that adhere to the company's design system and accessibility standards.
- API Integration: Integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints to ensure seamless data flow between the frontend and backend systems.
- Performance Optimization: Audit code for performance bottlenecks, optimize load times, and ensure the application is responsive across all devices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers to define features and deliver high-quality software.
- Code Review: Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior team members to maintain code quality standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development with a strong focus on React.js.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern state management libraries (Redux or Context API).
- Build Tools: Experience with build tools such as Webpack, Vite, or Create React App.
- Backend Knowledge: Familiarity with RESTful APIs and basic understanding of server-side logic (Node.js preferred).
- Testing: Experience writing unit and integration tests using Jest, Cypress, or similar testing frameworks.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
