Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance Python web applications.
- API Development: Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices to support frontend integration and third-party services.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and security standards.
- Database Management: Design and manage relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and optimize query performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Problem Solving: Identify bottlenecks and implement effective technical solutions to improve system reliability and speed.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on Python.
- Frameworks: Proficiency in Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Database: Strong experience with SQL (PostgreSQL preferred) and ORM tools like SQLAlchemy or Django ORM.
- Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with AWS or Azure, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
