Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end execution of the 2026 strategic product roadmap from conception to deployment.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including software engineering, UX design, and marketing to ensure seamless delivery.
- Define project scope, measurable goals, key deliverables, and critical paths.
- Identify potential bottlenecks and proactively mitigate risks associated with large-scale 2026 system integrations.
- Present weekly project updates, budget tracking, and milestone achievements to the executive board.
- Optimize resource allocation across multiple departments to maximize efficiency and foster innovation.
- Establish a culture of continuous improvement, agile thinking, and proactive problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of proven experience in technical project management, product operations, or strategic planning.
- Demonstrated success in leading long-term (1-3 year) strategic technology initiatives.
- Expert-level knowledge of Agile, Scrum methodologies, and enterprise PM tools (Jira, Asana, Confluence).
- Exceptional executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or similar industry-recognized project management certification is highly desirable.
