Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects on time and within budget.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, and resource allocation.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status effectively.
- Identify risks and opportunities, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure success.
- Mentor junior project managers and contribute to the continuous improvement of our project management methodologies.
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in project management within a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
