- Lead the architectural vision for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements for futuristic product lines.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to the new 2026 core framework.
- Implement cutting-edge security protocols for next-gen data handling.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Conduct high-level research on emerging tech trends relevant to the 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in full-stack software architecture, with a focus on AI/ML integration.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Experience with futuristic tech stacks, including Web3 or Spatial Computing, is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex, multi-year product lifecycles.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
