Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technology ecosystems
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating quantum, AI, and biotech convergence
- Partner with product teams to embed future-ready principles into development lifecycles
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging risks and opportunities
- Author thought leadership publications and industry white papers
- Build and mentor a world-class foresight analytics team
- Represent the company at Davos, TED, and premier innovation forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial impact
- Expertise in modeling complex systems and scenario planning
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, AGI, and synthetic biology
- Published thought leader with 50+ citations in top-tier journals
- Executive presence with experience interfacing with boards
- MSc/PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
