Responsibilities

- Develop strategic frameworks for digital transformation and future-proof organizational capabilities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from industry thought leaders and academic research
- Produce high-impact scenario-planning models for long-term technology adoption
- Drive innovation sprints to prototype future-forward solutions in emerging markets
- Represent the company at global tech summits and publish thought leadership content
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology consulting or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and translating insights into actionable strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, or neurotech
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive stakeholders
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or patented innovations
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
