- Coordinate with R&D teams to integrate sustainable tech innovations into core product roadmaps
- Present visionary technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior technologists in future-focused skill development and ethical tech practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology R&D with proven experience in emerging tech adoption
- PhD or equivalent expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable technology
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on future tech implications (2018-2023)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams across 3+ time zones
- Certification in AI Ethics Governance (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Portfolio demonstrating at least two scalable tech innovations deployed in production
