- Pioneering AI Implementation: Spearhead the deployment of advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and Computer Vision systems to drive automation.
- Future-Proofing Infrastructure: Evaluate and implement emerging technologies (Web3, Quantum-ready databases) to ensure our platform remains cutting-edge.
- Strategic Innovation: Lead R&D initiatives focused on predictive analytics, autonomous agents, and next-gen user interfaces.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable development sprints.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish guidelines and frameworks to ensure AI transparency, bias reduction, and safety standards in 2026.
Qualifications
- Foundational Expertise: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field with 8+ years of experience.
- Advanced AI Proficiency: Deep hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps pipelines; proven track record of deploying large-scale AI models.
- System Architecture: Strong background in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

- Leadership & Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders and lead high-performance engineering teams.
