As a key member of our Future Intelligence division, you'll collaborate with quantum computing researchers, AI ethicists, and biotech pioneers to develop actionable 5-year strategic frameworks. Our dynamic environment combines Silicon Valley's energy with global impact opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology) to predict market disruptions by 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in healthcare and energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align C-suite teams on future-proofing initiatives
- Author high-impact whitepapers on 2026 technology adoption curves and societal implications
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions using cutting-edge infrastructure
- Mentor junior futurists while building thought leadership through keynotes and publications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or advanced R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercialized products/services
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum AI, climate tech)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in trend analysis tools
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field preferred
- Published research on 2025+ technological or societal transformation scenarios
- Experience advising C-level executives on multi-billion dollar innovation portfolios
