Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify breakthrough technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps for adopting 2026-relevant innovations across enterprise operations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions in quantum computing and biotech
- Present trend forecasts to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through executive briefings
- Design ethical frameworks for emerging technologies to ensure sustainable implementation
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and policy teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology roadmap development
- Expertise in exponential technology trends (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and societal impact modeling
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Strong data visualization skills with proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Foresight Platform)
- Published thought leadership in futurist publications or conferences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Assessment (e.g., AC/SCIP preferred)
