Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast technology trends through 2030, focusing on AI ethics, quantum computing, and climate-tech convergence
- Develop 5-year strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with market disruption opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed futurist principles into product development cycles
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and R&D labs
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate an organization-wide culture of anticipatory thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing future-ready technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, and advanced materials
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with experience in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Strong executive presence with successful C-suite stakeholder management
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent professional designation preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or industry forums
