Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for Fortune 500 clients
- Author forward-looking white papers and thought leadership content
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and climate uncertainty
- Collaborate with R&D to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting market disruptions (e.g., AI adoption curves)
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Experience with emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI
- Strong data visualization skills (Tableau, D3.js) for trend analysis
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism domains
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS preferred)
