Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technological adoption
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and space tech
- Develop scenario models for disruptive market shifts and regulatory changes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce executive-level briefings on emerging risks and opportunities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning and systemic risk modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Certification in Foresight or Futures Analysis (preferred)
