Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and socio-economic indicators to map 2026+ innovation landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate breakthrough products and market entry strategies
- Partner with R&D to align emerging technologies with customer needs and competitive positioning
- Present future insights to executive stakeholders and boards with data-driven storytelling
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation impact and strategic ROI
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or future-focused R&D roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI, biotech, or climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with experience in horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Exceptional communication abilities for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Track record of launching future-oriented products or services
- Proficiency in strategic frameworks (e.g., STEEP, scenario planning, Delphi method)
