Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate future risks
- Produce high-impact scenario planning documents for executive decision-making
- Establish KPIs and metrics to track innovation pipeline maturation toward 2026 milestones
- Represent the organization at global innovation forums and thought leadership events
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies and strategic foresight tools
- Integrate emerging technologies into existing business models for 2026 market readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or related futurist roles
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or MBA with specialization
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences and board-level experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFSD) or equivalent professional designation
- Portfolio of published futurist research or thought leadership publications
