Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 innovation roadmaps using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security and decentralized governance systems
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and startups for emerging tech integration
- Design ethical frameworks for AI deployment and human augmentation technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors with data-backed impact projections

Qualifications
- 15+ years in innovation strategy, corporate R&D, or futures research with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuromorphic systems)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Proven track record of scaling moonshot projects from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
