- Architect innovation roadmaps aligning R&D investments with future market opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to embed future-readiness into current product lifecycles
- Publish thought leadership on industry transformation and future-proofing strategies
- Manage external partnerships with academic labs and innovation think tanks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent advanced degree preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences and published thought leadership
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and Delphi techniques
