- Establish proprietary foresight frameworks using trend analysis, horizon scanning, and predictive modeling
- Drive incubation of moonshot projects with $10M+ R&D budgets
- Present strategic futures to global stakeholders at industry summits and board retreats
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching products/services based on future trend analysis
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (blockchain, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Shell Foresight, Delphi Method)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed innovation journals
- Experience scaling innovation teams in Fortune 500 environments
