Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions to forecast 2026+ trends
- Develop strategic roadmaps and scenario-planning frameworks for executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate foresight into product development
- Produce high-impact reports and visualizations translating complex data into actionable insights
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-oriented solutions
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers and industry presentations
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, futurism, or innovation consulting
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills with advanced tools
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Experience with emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFPS preferred)
