Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends across tech, climate, and social domains to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps using predictive modeling and scenario planning for enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align innovation priorities
- Produce trend reports with actionable insights for product development and investment decisions
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present findings at industry conferences and publish thought leadership pieces
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced analytical methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning tools like Causal Layered Analysis or Delphi methods
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and Python/R

- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience facilitating executive workshops with Fortune 500 clients
