Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts impacting 2026
- Develop long-term strategic frameworks and scenario-planning models for 5-10 year horizons
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings for stakeholders
- Build and manage external partnerships with research institutions and emerging tech hubs
- Integrate AI/ML capabilities into strategic forecasting processes
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and influence strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, etc.)
- Proven track record developing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Strong data visualization and scenario-building capabilities
- Experience working with executive leadership teams on transformational initiatives
- Certification in Futures Methodology or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
