Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging trends impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop and publish quarterly futurist reports with strategic recommendations for executive leadership
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for technological disruptions and societal shifts
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align innovation roadmaps with future market opportunities
- Present future-vision briefings to board members and key stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Integrate foresight methodologies into corporate strategy and product development cycles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of publishing futurist research or thought leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend impact analysis
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and metaverse ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategic pivots
