Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Produce high-impact scenario-planning reports for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate future insights into product roadmaps
- Establish early-warning systems for disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and industry summits
- Mentor junior strategists and build the organization's futurist capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Expertise in AI, biotech, quantum computing, or climate tech forecasting
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leader in futurist publications or journals
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., AC/SCIP)
