As a key member of our Innovation Division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D pioneers, and global thought leaders to identify emerging paradigms, disrupt conventional markets, and position Horizon Labs as the undisputed industry leader in 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year strategic vision for product innovation and market expansion
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with commercial potential
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product development teams
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities
- Produce quarterly trend reports and competitive disruption analyses
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented product roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Web3, sustainable tech)
- Advanced degree in Business Strategy, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
