Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligning with long-term business objectives and sustainability imperatives
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate future insights into strategic priorities and investment decisions
- Design and facilitate immersive foresight workshops with global stakeholders to co-create future scenarios
- Establish quantitative and qualitative frameworks for measuring innovation impact and future-readiness
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on emerging trends and strategic foresight

Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futurism, or R&D leadership with proven impact on long-term transformation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent field
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic narratives
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of future-oriented initiatives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC) or equivalent professional training
- Experience with scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills with global stakeholder management expertise
