Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks for enterprise innovation
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Design and execute innovation sprints with Fortune 500 partners
- Author thought leadership publications on future-proof business models
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with measurable ROI metrics
- Build global networks with futurists, VCs, and academic research institutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, foresight consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching 2026+ tech initiatives (AI/quantum/biotech focus)
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruption forecasting
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies and portfolio management
- Strong network in Silicon Valley tech ecosystems and venture capital
- Published thought leader in futurism or innovation strategy (Harvard/MIT/Stanford preferred)
- Fluency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
