Responsibilities
- Lead System Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable AI and machine learning infrastructure for Project 2026.
- R&D Leadership: Guide a team of engineers in researching and integrating emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Quantum Machine Learning, and Edge Computing.
- Technical Strategy: Develop long-term technical strategies to ensure our systems remain at the forefront of innovation through 2026 and beyond.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize algorithms for speed, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in high-volume environments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish frameworks for responsible AI development, ensuring transparency and fairness in all automated systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architect or lead engineering role.
- Core Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Future Tech Knowledge: Demonstrated experience or strong interest in emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 roadmap (e.g., Neural Networks, Large Language Models, or Quantum Algorithms).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and make high-impact architectural decisions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
