Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global technological, social, and economic shifts through horizon scanning and predictive modeling
- Develop actionable innovation roadmaps aligning with 2026 strategic objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate next-gen products and services
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed foresight into corporate strategy
- Produce thought leadership reports and presentations for stakeholder engagement
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Mentor junior futurists and drive innovation culture across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, R&D, or foresight roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, sustainable energy)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovations
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
- Experience in high-growth tech or Fortune 500 environments
