Responsibilities
- Analyze quantum computing, bio-integration, and AI ethics trends to inform strategic planning
- Create scenario-based forecasts for 2026-2030 technological adoption curves
- Design and lead corporate foresight programs for 500+ employees
- Author white papers on sustainable innovation and human-AI symbiosis
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify 2026-disruptor startups
- Develop patent frameworks for emerging intellectual property domains
- Mentor junior futurists using proprietary trend-analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published work on exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend-impact analysis frameworks
- Experience with patent strategy in emerging tech domains
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js) and predictive modeling
- Portfolio of 2020-2025 trend predictions with documented accuracy
- Public speaking experience at TED, Davos, or equivalent forums
