Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ emerging technology domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps mapping to 2026 market inflection points
- Facilitate executive workshops translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Author high-impact future scenario reports influencing $2B+ portfolio decisions
- Build and manage global network of futurists, scientists, and industry disruptors
- Lead cross-functional teams executing prototype development for future-facing initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record developing scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, weak signal detection)
- Published thought leadership on technological singularity or exponential change
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ continents
- Certification in Futures Design or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
