- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026 market disruptors
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Design and implement future-proof organizational transformation roadmaps
- Build and curate a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Publish thought leadership content on future trends and innovation strategies
- Quantify future opportunities through predictive modeling and risk assessment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their socio-economic implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) or innovation management preferred
- Portfolio of published futurist work or innovation case studies required
