Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year foresight initiatives identifying disruptive trends impacting global markets by 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for clients in AI, biotech, and sustainable infrastructure sectors
- Conduct scenario planning workshops with executive stakeholders to prepare for systemic shifts
- Author thought leadership reports published in top industry journals and conferences
- Manage cross-functional teams of researchers, data scientists, and industry experts
- Build proprietary foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and horizon scanning
- Advolve board members on emerging risks and opportunities in exponential technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis for exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex futures into executive narratives
- Experience designing and facilitating C-level foresight workshops
- Published thought leadership in futurism or business strategy domains
- Deep understanding of socio-technical systems and disruption patterns
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP preferred)
