Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives in tech, finance, and healthcare
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-proofing strategies
- Produce high-impact whitepapers and predictive models for client decision-making
- Collaborate with AI labs and research institutions to validate future-vision hypotheses
- Advolve clients on governance and ethics frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or technology forecasting
- Proven expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (Harvard Business Review/MIT Tech Review preferred)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
