Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps for AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and design teams
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies
- Architect ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and human augmentation systems
- Present strategic futures to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Curate thought leadership content for industry conferences and publications
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal innovation culture
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- 8+ years experience in innovation strategy or technology foresight
- Proven track record of implementing future-ready solutions
- Deep expertise in AI governance, exponential technologies, and sustainability
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and board members
- Portfolio published in industry journals or major media outlets
- Certification in Futures Research (e.g., APF, WFS) preferred
