Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technology, societal, and environmental shifts
- Develop scenario planning frameworks for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 clients
- Author thought leadership publications and present at global innovation forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams in strategic foresight methodologies
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate resilience
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published author in peer-reviewed foresight journals or major industry publications
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend impact analysis
- Proficiency in AI/ML tools for predictive modeling and data visualization
- Experience advising C-suite on disruptive technology adoption
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
