- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and strategic thinking.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a strategic or leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing architectures.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives for enterprise-level clients.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and edge computing.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in managing large-scale R&D budgets and timelines.
- Hold a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
